A scope before demo
Nothing comes out until the work is written down: rooms, assemblies, materials, and exclusions.
How it works
The form starts a conversation. The visit produces the estimate. The estimate is what the crew is held to.
01
Name, phone, ZIP, and the trade. You get a reference number. Sending the form does not book a visit.
02
A lead looks at the actual assembly: the roof, the wall, the shower, the yard. Photos and measurements, not a guess from the curb.
03
What is in, what is out, the material, and a schedule you can read. Allowances are labeled as allowances.
04
The crew works the written scope. At the end you walk it with the lead before anyone calls the job done.
Photos from the sidewalk miss the soft deck, the failed pan, and the drain that dumps at the footing. Someone has to stand there. If the job is one trade, that person talks about that assembly. If it is a remodel, they talk about sequence and what you will live in while it happens.

Nextstar Remodeling, CSLB #1065646. Check it on the state board’s site. We would rather you do that than take our word.
Floors protected, debris hauled, and a person who answers the phone. Occupied remodels get a daily cleanup, not a promise taped to the fridge.
If you want to ask about payment options, say so on the quote. Subject to credit approval. Terms vary.
